Job Overview
Dynamic Power Engineering is seeking a Refuelling Driver to support operations involving mobile power units and generators. The role includes towing, deployment, refuelling, testing, and recovery of generator units, while ensuring strict compliance with Occupational Health and Safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Refuel mobile generators safely and efficiently
- Perform basic fault diagnosis and minor troubleshooting
- Bleed diesel engines when required
- Test-run generators after refuelling or maintenance
- Complete job cards and accurate service documentation
- Report incidents, completed jobs, alarms, faults, and provide photographic evidence where required
- Conduct vehicle inspections before and after trips
- Transport and handle dangerous goods in compliance with regulations
- Carry out risk assessments at operational sites
- Ensure compliance with OHS standards, including spill management, vehicle safety, and fire extinguisher checks
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant Electrical or Mechanical qualification
- Valid driver’s license with PDP (Code C1)
- Dangerous goods conveyance certificate (advantageous)
- Clear criminal and ITC record
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Advanced driving certificate (advantageous)
- Ability to tow a trailer
