Repair On Call is looking for a professional, well-presented, and articulate individual to join our team as a Collections & Logistics Representative. The role involves visiting clients’ homes to collect items submitted for insurance claims, requiring exceptional professionalism at all times.
Responsibilities
- Collect items from clients’ residences as part of the insurance claim process
- Interact with clients in a confident, respectful, and courteous manner
- Complete documentation accurately and handle all items with care
- Uphold the company’s image through excellent grooming, communication, and conduct
- Follow instructions precisely and maintain high standards of service
Candidate Requirements
- Highly presentable, well-mannered, and professional
- Strong communication skills and clear, confident speech
- Reliable, organised, disciplined, and punctual
- Valid driver’s licence
- Clear criminal record
- Ability to represent the brand with integrity and respect
- Must value customer experience and maintain high service standards
- Ability to commute to or relocate to Wadeville, Gauteng
- English proficiency required
