Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and professional Driver who is committed to delivering exceptional guest service. While the duties listed below cover the main responsibilities, the role may include additional tasks as needed to support guests, colleagues, and hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities
Driving Excellence
- Demonstrate expert driving skills and complete knowledge of the vehicle’s capabilities.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of traffic rules and driving conditions within the country of operation.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the local area, including the best routes to ensure timely and efficient travel.
- Communicate confidently in English and the local language.
- Understand local driving behaviours to anticipate risks and ensure the safety of guests, colleagues, and the vehicle.
Vehicle Care
- Maintain the vehicle in excellent condition at all times.
- Ensure the limousine or assigned vehicle is fully prepared before each service.
- Handle vehicle maintenance and care with professionalism and attention to detail.
Guest Service
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to inquiries with attentiveness and care.
- Assist with loading luggage efficiently.
- Demonstrate the ability to fit and install various types of child seats safely and correctly.
- Deliver a service experience that reflects hospitality, professionalism, and reliability.

- Valid driver’s licence with necessary endorsements.
- Proven driving experience, ideally in a similar hospitality or chauffeur role.

- Strong verbal communication and customer interaction skills.
