About the Role:
Unique Personnel is seeking a Driver to support our Operations and Logistics team in delivering high-quality catering services to aviation clients. This role requires a reliable, detail-oriented, and professional individual who can manage deliveries, assist with logistics coordination, and uphold our standards of service and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order & Delivery Management

• Ensure all client orders are processed and delivered accurately and on time.
• Maintain awareness of client preferences, schedules, and specific requests.
• Manage the full delivery cycle—from loading to final handover.
• Communicate proactively to ensure punctual, error-free deliveries.

2. Vehicle & Driver Management

• Operate company vehicles responsibly, ensuring cleanliness and proper maintenance.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any issues promptly.
• Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in planning and optimizing delivery routes for efficiency.

3. Stock & Logistics Support

• Assist with loading and offloading goods, ensuring proper handling and storage.
• Support kitchen and warehouse teams with daily dispatch and collection activities.
• Participate in stock checks and help maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Ensure correct labelling, documentation, and delivery verification (PODs).

4. Operational Support

• Work closely with logistics, kitchen, and administrative staff to meet deadlines.
• Uphold hygiene and safety standards in all operational areas.
• Contribute to maintaining equipment, vehicles, and workspaces in optimal condition.
• Provide general assistance across operations when required.

Candidate Requirements:

• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• At least 2 years’ experience in driving or logistics-related roles.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Reliable, organized, and attentive to detail.
• Able to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Own transport for after-hours duties.
