Key Responsibilities

Carry out repairs, maintenance, and projects to enhance equipment performance.

Drive continuous improvement of maintenance systems across the plant.

Allocate and oversee tasks for artisan assistants, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Ensure all electrical work is performed safely and in compliance with company and legal standards.

Required Skills & Expertise

Maintenance Electrician: 4–5 years

Roller Mills: 4–5 years

Screw Conveyors: 4–5 years

Equipment Knowledge

Hands-on experience with:

Vertical Roller Mills & Pendulum Mills

Pneumatic Conveying Systems & Screw Conveyors

Dust Collectors & Main Fans

Bucket Elevators & Roller Conveying Systems

Gearboxes

Candidate Requirements

✅ Trade-Tested Electrician Certificate
✅ Minimum 4 years in an industrial environment (mining, heavy industrial, or manufacturing preferred)
✅ Must have a Wireman’s License and own transport
✅ Availability to work standby and overtime when required
