Requirements

  • Grade 12 (with Accounting as a passed subject) or an equivalent qualification.
  • No prior experience required.
  • Knowledge of:
    • Public Service and Department of Labour/Compensation Fund regulations, policies, and procedures.
    • Compensation Fund services, value chain, and business processes.
    • Batho Pele principles, DPSA guidelines, COIDA, PFMA, Treasury Regulations, Public Service Act, and POPIA.
  • Skills in:
    • Communication (verbal and written).
    • Financial management.
    • Planning and organising.
    • Computer literacy.
    • Interpersonal skills, conflict management, and problem solving.

Duties

  • Manage and process employer assessments.
  • Conduct revisions of assessment processes.
  • Provide general administrative support.
