Requirements
- Grade 12 (with Accounting as a passed subject) or an equivalent qualification.
- No prior experience required.
- Knowledge of:
- Public Service and Department of Labour/Compensation Fund regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Compensation Fund services, value chain, and business processes.
- Batho Pele principles, DPSA guidelines, COIDA, PFMA, Treasury Regulations, Public Service Act, and POPIA.
- Skills in:
- Communication (verbal and written).
- Financial management.
- Planning and organising.
- Computer literacy.
- Interpersonal skills, conflict management, and problem solving.
Duties
- Manage and process employer assessments.
- Conduct revisions of assessment processes.
- Provide general administrative support.
