This 18-month structured programme is designed to accelerate your technical skills, leadership potential, and industry insight. You’ll gain real, hands-on experience and exposure across key operational areas, preparing you to take on impactful roles from day one post-completion.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Immerse in a hands-on, self-driven learning journey across various engineering departments.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of equipment theory, principles, and operations.
• Lead or support real-time projects aligned with both training milestones and brewery priorities.
• Apply VPO (Voyager Plant Optimization) principles to drive efficiency and quality.
• Troubleshoot operational issues using analytical, systemic, and situational diagnosis.
• Step into leadership roles in team structures to sharpen your decision-making and communication skills.
• Present solutions and share learnings across teams and departments.

🎓 Minimum Qualifications
We’re looking for top-tier graduates in the following disciplines:

• BSc, BEng, or BTech in:
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Electrical/Electronics Engineering
  • Energy
  • Mechatronics
• BSc in Chemical Engineering
• BSc/BTech in:
  • Biotechnology
  • Analytical Chemistry
  • Chemistry
  • Biology
