🧾 What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be placed in the Customer Service Department (Retail – GEMMA Cluster), where you’ll gain hands-on experience in:

• Customer service support
• Administrative duties
• Working within Eskom operations

✅ Minimum Requirements

To qualify, you must:

• Be a South African citizen 🇿🇦
• Be 18–34 years old
• Have Grade 12:
  • Maths: 50% OR
  • Maths Literacy: 70%
• English: 60% + 1 other official language

⚠️ Important Criteria

You must:

• NOT have worked permanently for more than 1 year
• NOT be studying full-time in 2026
• NOT have participated in the YES programme before
