🧑‍🌾 Key Performance Areas

As a Farm Aid, you will assist with a variety of routine farm operations, including:

• 🌱 Crop Production:
  Support daily tasks related to planting, cultivation, and harvesting.
• 🐄 Livestock Handling:
  Assist in feeding, caring for, and maintaining farm animals.
• 🛠️ General Farm Duties:
  Help with cleaning, maintenance, and other basic farm functions.
• 🧱 Infrastructure Maintenance:
  Assist with routine upkeep and repairs of farm structures and equipment.

✅ Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: ABET Level 2 or an equivalent qualification as recognised by SAQA.
• Experience: Prior experience in farm work is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Applicants should possess:

• Basic literacy and numeracy skills
• Ability to read and write
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of Batho Pele Principles
• Knowledge of farm activities (advantageous)
