✅ Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) – essential
- Prior experience as an F&I Assistant in a dealership – advantageous
- Solid grasp of financial principles, lending practices, and insurance products
- Skilled in finance & insurance software tools (e.g. Seriti)
- Able to thrive under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines
- Sharp attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Mandatory Certifications:
- RE5 Certificate
- NCA Accreditation
🔍 Your Role and Responsibilities
- Provide full support to the F&I Manager
- Load and manage finance applications efficiently
- Liaise directly with financial institutions
- Assist with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes
- Ensure compliance by uploading all required documents on Seriti
