The Opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Flexi Store Assistant to join our Randfontein team. If you have a passion for luxury fashion and delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Sales Support

• Deliver a world-class, personalized customer service experience
• Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Consistently reflect the premium standards of the Spitz brand

Cash Handling & Accuracy

• Efficiently manage the cash desk with a focus on zero variances
• Follow daily banking and cash control procedures accurately
• Process manual transactions when necessary

Stock Management

• Support daily stock control and back-of-house operations
• Assist with customer orders and ensure timely processing
• Conduct weekly stock counts and maintain organized storerooms
• Perform shoe pairing checks to maintain product integrity

What You’ll Need

• Matric / Grade 12 (compulsory)
• 6 months to 1 year of retail experience (luxury or fashion retail preferred)
• A strong interest in premium fashion and footwear
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and during peak trading periods
