🔹 About the Role

Are you passionate about food service and enjoy working in a fast-paced, people-centered environment? Fedics, part of the Tsebo Solutions Group, is looking for energetic and reliable Food Services Assistants to support our kitchen and canteen operations. This role is essential in ensuring a clean, welcoming space and delivering excellent food service to our clients.

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Assist Chefs and Cooks with food prep, including salads and desserts
• Serve meals and maintain a well-stocked, clean serving line
• Operate the cash register
• Keep the kitchen and dining area spotless
• Handle leftovers according to company standards
• Deliver top-tier customer service in every interaction
• Help train new team members
• Report feedback and assist with issue resolution
• Participate in team meetings and training

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• Passion for clean, efficient, hands-on work
• Reliable, honest, and team-oriented
• Able to work safely and swiftly under pressure
• Physically fit (standing, lifting, bending)
• Clear communicator with strong hygiene awareness
• No allergies to food or cleaning agents
• Willing to work 45–50 hours per week

🔹 Minimum Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Completed National Senior Certificate (Matric)
