Key Responsibilities

Service, maintain, and repair forklifts (electric, petrol, gas, diesel).

Perform preventative maintenance checks and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.

Provide on-site breakdown support to clients across Cape Town.

Maintain accurate service logs, time sheets, and travel reports.

Keep your service vehicle well-equipped and professional.

Uphold workshop efficiency, teamwork, and customer service excellence.

Requirements

Grade 12 and Forklift Technician Trade Certificate (non-negotiable).

RED SEAL certification highly advantageous.

Skilled in diagnostics, repairs, and use of tools/manuals.

Valid forklift license and driver’s license (essential).

Physically fit to handle machinery, lift parts, and access equipment.

Independent worker with strong problem-solving skills and team spirit.
