This position involves carrying out various duties related to food preparation, front-of-house service, and general operational support, ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety and Food Safety standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is essential
• Matric is required
• Customer service experience is beneficial
• A qualification in Food & Beverage or Culinary Arts will be an advantage

Skills and Competencies:

• Basic knowledge of food preparation
• Good communication skills
• High standards of personal appearance and hygiene
• A strong passion for delivering exceptional service to clients and customers

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with a range of tasks related to food production
• Provide general support in both front and back of house operations
