Role Purpose
The General Assistant will be responsible for carrying out a range of duties related to food production, front-of-house services, and general operational support, while ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety and Food Safety standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Proven work experience in the hospitality industry (essential)
• Matric qualification (essential)
• Customer service experience (advantageous)
• Food and Beverage or Culinary Arts qualification (advantageous)

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies

• Basic knowledge of food preparation
• Effective communication skills
• High standards of personal hygiene and appearance
• Strong passion for delivering excellent service to clients and customers

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with various food production activities
• Provide general support in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations
