Factory Worker / Production Line Operator – Johannesburg

About the Role
Wasion South Africa, a leading manufacturing company based in Johannesburg, is seeking dedicated and hardworking Production Line Operators (Factory Workers) to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with assembling, packing, and inspecting products on the production line while ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machines on the production line.
- Assemble, pack, and inspect products to maintain quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation in line with 5S/6S principles.
- Report any faults or irregularities in machines or products to supervisors.
- Follow work instructions and safety guidelines at all times.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production targets.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Grade 9.
- Previous factory or assembly experience is an advantage (training provided).
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks (lifting up to 15 kg).
- Basic English communication skills.
- Must have a valid South African ID and legal authorization to work in South Africa.
- 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
