Are you looking for a hands-on role in the chemical industry? AECI Chemicals is seeking a dedicated General Worker to join our team in Durban. If you have experience in handling raw materials, stock management, and working in a production environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Offload raw material tankers into storage tanks (additives).
🔹 Conduct raw material and finished product stock takes (dips).
🔹 Assist in the manufacture of bituminous products.
🔹 Transfer bituminous products to finished product tanks and mix products as per specifications.
🔹 Collect representative samples from the manufacturing process and deliver them to the laboratory.
🔹 Maintain high housekeeping standards in the plant and loading bay.
🔹 Ensure vehicle tanks are checked according to the flushing matrix to prevent contamination.
🔹 Load hauler and distributor trucks following specific loading instructions.
🔹 Take representative samples for client delivery and internal records.
🔹 Fill drums to the correct mass.

What You Need to Apply:

✔ Matric (Grade 12)
✔ Valid forklift license
✔ 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
