Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general assistant duties across the facility.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the premises and surroundings.
• Ensure safe storage and maintenance of gardening tools and equipment.
• Assist with the movement of furniture and equipment.
• Remove garbage and dispose of empty boxes appropriately.
• Assist in receiving stock, goods, and deliveries.
• Report any damage or loss of tools and equipment.
• Load and offload goods and other items as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Qualification: ABET Level 2 or equivalent (as recognised by SAQA).

• Basic literacy and numeracy (ability to read and write).
• Familiarity with cleaning methods and gardening principles.
• Able to operate and care for basic gardening equipment.
• Knowledge of general maintenance practices.
• Good interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks.
• Punctual, reliable, loyal, and courteous towards clients.
• Basic communication skills.
