Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production tasks including bagging, weighing, and sealing of products
• Monitor machinery and equipment to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operations
• Maintain cleanliness in both the production and general operations areas
• Promptly report any irregularities or faults to the Production Supervisor
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
• Physically fit and in good health
• Willing and able to work night shifts
• Flexible and adaptable to operational needs

Skills & Competencies

• Effective communication in both English and Afrikaans
• Strong sense of initiative and safety awareness
• A dependable team player
• Basic technical understanding (advantageous)
