About the Employer
Masterparts is a leading automotive parts wholesaler and retailer with over 50 years in the industry. We are opening a new Distribution Centre in Modderfontein and are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Worker to join our team.
Role Overview
The General Worker will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, order, and general upkeep of the warehouse and surrounding areas. The position operates Monday to Friday, with alternating Saturday shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain general housekeeping across the warehouse.
- Sort, organize, and dispose of packaging materials and pallets.
- Clean and tidy the warehouse, yard, parking area, and outdoor spaces.
- Keep garden areas neat and well-maintained.
- Assist office cleaning staff with tasks such as cleaning windows, bins, and restrooms.
- Support basic handyman duties and general maintenance tasks.
- Perform ad-hoc operational or maintenance tasks as needed.

Skills and Experience
- Cleaning experience: 1 year or less.
- General work experience: 1–2 years.
- Handyman experience: 1 year or less.

- Physically fit, energetic, and capable of performing physically demanding tasks.
