West Coast Personnel is seeking General Workers to join a busy factory based in Athlone. The ideal candidates should live nearby and be ready to work shifts in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and feed production machines.
• Pack products into boxes according to specifications.
• Clean and maintain machinery and work areas.
• Follow all safety and quality standards.

Working Hours (Shift Work)

• Day Shift: 07:00 – 16:00
• Afternoon Shift: 15:00 – 23:00
• Night Shift: 23:00 – 07:00

Minimum Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12.
• Must reside near Athlone.
• Sober habits – drug testing will be conducted.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to work rotating shifts.

• Contract period: 1 October – 19 December (with possible extension).
