A well-established company is seeking a General Worker with practical experience in ground maintenance and the ability to assist with field-based site upkeep. The ideal candidate should be reliable, able to work independently, physically strong, and willing to travel to various outdoor sites to support vegetation clearing and site inspections.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, clean, and clear vegetation and ground areas around telecom tower sites.
• Perform general outdoor labour such as bush clearing, landscaping, and site tidying.
• Provide support with basic on-site tasks as directed by the field team.
• Travel to different sites according to schedule and complete tasks within deadlines.
• Follow all safety protocols, especially when working at heights or in remote areas.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12).
• At least 1 year of experience in landscaping, ground maintenance, or similar outdoor work.
• Physically fit, comfortable with heights, and free from outdoor-related allergies.
• Able to work independently and manage daily tasks.
• Driver’s licence is an advantage but not essential; must be willing to travel.
