Job Overview
A well-established company is seeking a dependable General Worker with practical experience in ground maintenance to support field-based site operations. The successful candidate will be physically fit, able to work independently, and comfortable travelling to various outdoor locations to assist with vegetation management and site inspections.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and clear vegetation around telecommunications tower sites
• Carry out general outdoor duties such as landscaping, bush clearing, and site cleaning
• Support basic on-site tasks as directed by the field team
• Travel between multiple sites and complete assigned tasks within set deadlines
• Comply with all health and safety requirements, including working at heights and in remote areas

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12)
• At least 1 year of experience in ground maintenance, landscaping, or similar outdoor work
• Physically fit, comfortable working at heights, and able to work outdoors without restrictions
• Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities
• Valid driver’s licence is advantageous but not essential; willingness to travel is required
