Requirements:
An ABET Certificate is required. Additional qualifications will be an added advantage. Applicants should have knowledge and experience in general work involving the handling of tools, equipment, and appliances. Understanding of lawn care processes, pruning, and trimming techniques is essential. Basic knowledge of chemical handling, including dilution and mixing, as well as familiarity with different chemical products, is required. Candidates should also understand basic daily maintenance procedures to ensure the efficient functioning of machinery and equipment. A general awareness of water utilisation and water resource management, as well as basic health and safety practices and government legislation, is important.

Duties:

• Perform general assistance and manual labour tasks.
• Load and offload furniture, equipment, and other materials as directed.
• Clean government vehicles and work areas.
• Maintain grounds by cutting grass, cleaning pavements, and removing litter.
• Trim and stockpile trees and vegetation as required.
