Job Purpose: To ensure a clean and hygienic work environment while assisting with the daily operations and maintenance of the waste water treatment plant.
Key Requirements:
- Basic literacy.
- Must be physically fit to perform hard labour.
- Willingness to work shifts as required.
- Must pass a criminal record/fingerprint check (at applicant’s cost).
- Relevant experience at a waste water treatment plant is an advantage.

We are recruiting for four (4) dedicated General Workers to assist with operations and maintenance at a waste water treatment plant.

Salary & Compensation:
- Annual Salary Scale: R159 936.00 – R186 936.00
- Estimated Total Remuneration Package: R236 535.00 – R270 901.00
Core Duties
The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain a clean and hygienic workplace. Key tasks include:
- Performing general labour at the waste water treatment plant.
- Loading and unloading various materials and equipment.
- Ensuring work areas are kept clean and hygienic.
- Executing any ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
