Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for fixing things?
CCBSA is looking for a dedicated and experienced Handyman to join our Midrand site team. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment, conducting preventative maintenance, and ensuring the smooth operation of building infrastructure.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative and general maintenance on site equipment and buildings
• Use hand and power tools for repairs (plumbing, painting, carpentry, tiling, etc.)
• Maintain ablution facilities and repair building structures (roofs, doors, floors)
• Assemble machinery, equipment, and plumbing systems
• Troubleshoot and fix defects in a proactive and efficient manner

✅ Skills & Competencies:

• Solid experience in equipment maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting
• Proficient in plumbing, carpentry, tiling, and general building upkeep
• Strong active listening, critical thinking, and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently with good understanding of safety and tool selection

📚 Qualifications & Experience:

• Trade qualification in plumbing, carpentry, painting, or building (advantageous)
• Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience in construction or facility maintenance
• Comfortable working with tools and without supervision
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficient in oral English communication
