Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Basic literacy and numeracy skills
• Experience: Relevant experience in hospital/healthcare cleaning, linen, stock, or food services
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift/move heavy equipment and supplies
• Availability: Must be willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Knowledge & Skills:

• Basic food preparation
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Familiarity with cleaning agents, equipment, and procedures
• Understanding of Occupational Health and Safety standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning tasks (dusting, sweeping, mopping, etc.)
• Maintain hygiene by using proper cleaning agents and techniques
• Clean and safely store equipment after use
• Manage linen, stock, consumables, and basic food items
• Serve meals and assist with basic food prep for patients
• Ensure general hygiene and safety in all work areas
• Provide support to supervisors and fellow staff
