About the Role
The Learner position is a developmental role designed for individuals completing a formal, registered qualification while gaining practical work experience. Throughout the program, you will support business objectives through tasks such as research, analysis, administration, process improvement, and project work. You will also be expected to meet the requirements of your qualification, while receiving additional work-related training where necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver tasks aligned to predefined work objectives.
- Identify and escalate potential risks that may lead to increased costs.
- Demonstrate cost awareness and personal responsibility for efficiency.
- Gain knowledge of financial processes and adhere to operating standards.
- Uphold the organisation’s values, service standards, and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) outcomes.
- Resolve customer complaints, take ownership of issues, and provide accurate communication.
- Collect and share customer feedback to improve service delivery.
- Ensure technical accuracy of product knowledge and advice.
- Maintain operational efficiency by following enhanced processes and procedures.
- Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and reporting requirements.
- Investigate innovative solutions to optimise processes and service delivery.
- Support alignment of business processes with customer needs.
- Provide input on potential improvements to systems and processes.
