Introduction
Tracker South Africa is offering a 12-month Learnership Programme for individuals eager to build skills in business administration while gaining practical workplace experience. The programme is aligned with the Further Education and Training Certificate: Business Administration Services (SAQA ID 61595) and will equip participants with valuable administrative and business-related competencies.

  • Acquisitions & Scheduling

Key Responsibilities
Participants will undergo both theoretical training (1 day per week) and on-the-job practical experience, including:

  • Performing administrative duties such as filing, record-keeping, and data capturing.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • Managing communication via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
  • Delivering excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handling inbound calls and resolving customer queries according to SOPs and service standards.
  • Capturing and updating client information accurately during calls.
  • Maintaining departmental service levels and abandonment rate targets.
  • Following up on outstanding customer queries.
  • Providing first-line technical support for Tracker units, including post-installation testing and investigations.
  • Adhering to work schedules and SLA requirements.
  • Assisting with additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Minimum Requirements

  • South African citizen (18–35 years old) with a valid ID.
  • Matric certificate with:
    • Level 4/D symbol in English.
    • Level 3/E symbol in Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy.
  • Currently unemployed and not studying.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work professionally in a structured environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Multi-tasking capability in a high-pressure setting.

Remuneration
