Introduction
Tracker South Africa is offering a 12-month Learnership Programme for individuals eager to build skills in business administration while gaining practical workplace experience. The programme is aligned with the Further Education and Training Certificate: Business Administration Services (SAQA ID 61595) and will equip participants with valuable administrative and business-related competencies.

Key Responsibilities
Participants will undergo both theoretical training (1 day per week) and on-the-job practical experience, including:
- Performing administrative duties such as filing, record-keeping, and data capturing.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Managing communication via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Delivering excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Handling inbound calls and resolving customer queries according to SOPs and service standards.
- Capturing and updating client information accurately during calls.
- Maintaining departmental service levels and abandonment rate targets.
- Following up on outstanding customer queries.
- Providing first-line technical support for Tracker units, including post-installation testing and investigations.
- Adhering to work schedules and SLA requirements.
- Assisting with additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Requirements
- South African citizen (18–35 years old) with a valid ID.
- Matric certificate with:
- Level 4/D symbol in English.
- Level 3/E symbol in Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy.
- Currently unemployed and not studying.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work professionally in a structured environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Multi-tasking capability in a high-pressure setting.

Remuneration
