🎯 Role Purpose

This 12-month professional learnership is designed to equip entry-level candidates with both theoretical knowledge and practical workplace experience in Facilities Management and HVAC environments.

The programme is aligned to QCTO Occupational Qualification 103269 and prepares learners for careers in HVAC installation and technical services.

📚 Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• NQF Level 4, 5, or 6 qualification OR
  Grade 12 with Mathematics and Physical Science (compulsory)
• Aged between 18 and 34 years
• Good physical health (site-based technical work)
• Medically fit, including Working at Heights
• Not afraid of heights (training provided)
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
• Willingness to work with tools and equipment
• Able to work in plant rooms, rooftops, and construction
