🚀 What You’ll Do

As our new L&D Intern, you’ll work closely with the L&D Specialist to support a range of exciting learning initiatives that help develop talent and drive performance across the business. Your key focus areas will include:

📚 Learning & Development Support

  • Assist with implementing L&D frameworks, processes, and tools across the business.
  • Support learning solutions that align with strategic priorities.
  • Build solid relationships with internal stakeholders.

💡 Competence Development

  • Help design, deliver, and measure the impact of learning programmes.
  • Contribute to CAP process execution and learning effectiveness evaluation.
  • Develop training materials and support national project rollouts.

🛡️ Governance & Reporting

  • Track progress on L&D projects and maintain compliance with auditing standards.
  • Prepare accurate, on-time reports that meet stakeholder requirements.
  • Foster a culture of excellent service and continuous improvement.

🎓 What You’ll Need

Minimum Requirements:

  • Relevant HR Degree or Diploma.
  • Registration as an ODETDP Practitioner (advantageous).
  • 1–3 years’ experience in Learning & Development.
  • Experience in training material development, facilitation, and large-scale project support.
  • Familiarity with eLearning design, LMS365, Excel, and PowerPoint (Intermediate to Advanced level).
