🔍 What You’ll Do
You’ll be the final touchpoint between Europcar and our customers, ensuring that every vehicle handed over meets our top standards of cleanliness, safety, and reliability.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors to showroom standards
- Performing basic vehicle quality checks (tyres, oil, fluids, license validity, etc.)
- Refueling and prepping vehicles for handover
- Delivering and collecting vehicles on schedule
- Conducting customer check-ins and check-outs professionally
- Keeping the yard clean and organised
- Assisting with ad hoc duties to support your team
✅ What We’re Looking For
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) / NQF Level 4
- At least 2 years of proven driving experience
- Valid, unendorsed Code 8 (B) driver’s license – held for 2+ years
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to read and follow maps
Important: Flexibility is key – you must be available for shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
