Overview
E.G Couriers is seeking three reliable and experienced Light Duty Drivers to support courier and logistics operations. The successful candidates will ensure safe and timely collection and delivery of parcels and documents.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver parcels and documents along assigned routes
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries according to schedules
• Complete delivery documentation and proof of delivery
• Perform basic vehicle checks and maintain vehicle cleanliness
• Comply with road safety regulations and company policies
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers

Requirements

• Valid Light Duty Driver’s Licence
• 1–2 years driving experience (courier experience advantageous)
• Good knowledge of Gaborone routes and surrounding areas
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly
• Physically fit and able to work under pressure
• Strong time management and reliability
• Attention to detail
• Customer service orientation
• Road safety awareness
• Ability to work independently and within a team
