🚛 Purpose of the Role
Ensure accurate, efficient daily loading and offloading of bread on-site, in line with company procedures and quality standards.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Load bread according to picking slips and pipeline sequence
- Perform tray count and balance trays per truck
- Inspect and load only quality bread
- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) stock rotation
- Report any loading issues to management
- Attend daily Invocom meetings
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
📚 Requirements
Qualifications
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent
Experience
- Minimum of 3 months experience in a similar role (preferably in FMCG)

⏰ Working Conditions
- Must work until the last truck is fully loaded
