What You Need to Succeed:

Proven experience as a Loader Operator or similar role
Certification to operate heavy machinery (e.g., forklift license) is a plus!
Strong understanding of warehouse logistics and safety regulations
Physically fit—able to lift heavy objects and work in a dynamic environment
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to workplace safety
Flexible schedule—willing to work overtime or weekends when needed

Your Key Responsibilities:

Operate loaders, forklifts, and other equipment to transport goods efficiently
Load and unload trucks, containers, and storage areas following company guidelines
Ensure safe and secure stacking of materials to prevent damage
Conduct routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs
Follow strict safety protocols to prevent accidents and maintain a secure workspace
Support the team with inventory management and material sorting
Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth daily operations
