Purpose of the Role
The Mass Market Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Operations Team within the Discovery Mass Market division. The role involves coordinating reports, managing processes, and ensuring efficient communication between business areas and regional branches.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile and execute tasks based on daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Support the Operations Manager and provide assistance to all regional branches.
- Collaborate effectively with various internal business units.
- Monitor and report on operational efficiencies.
- Handle branch escalations from Office Administrators and Sales Managers.
- Prepare and present monthly team performance reports.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes in line with defined SLAs.
- Assist walk-in clients with queries and service requests.
- Act as a liaison between branches and Discovery Head Office.
- Manage and resolve Discovery broker escalations.
- Compile and maintain Credit Control reports.
- Consolidate and distribute submission reports to all branches.
- Provide the Operations Manager with insights and trend analysis to support decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum Requirement: Matric (Grade 12).
- Industry Experience: Background in the Financial Services sector required.
- Advantageous: Knowledge of Funeral Plans.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
