Salary: R163 680 – R192 810 per annum (Level 03). The appointed candidate will be required to sign a performance agreement.

Requirements:
- Grade 10 or ABET Level 2 certificate (Grade 12 will be an added advantage).
- Valid driver’s licence (PDP will be an added advantage).
- Computer literacy with basic MS Office knowledge.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
- Organisational ability and the capacity to work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good interpersonal skills and professionalism when engaging with colleagues and the public.
- Responsible, reliable, and committed to strong work ethics.
- Shortlisted candidates will undergo a pre-entry practical and driving test to assess suitability for the role.
Duties:
- Collect mail from the Post Office and distribute it to relevant offices.
- Deliver urgent or hand-delivered mail/files to designated offices.
- Dispatch outgoing mail/files to the Post Office and other destinations.
- Drive court vehicles and transport officials to various locations.
- Maintain accurate registers for mail/file distribution and safeguard all correspondence.
- Perform general office assistance duties as required.
