Salary: R163 680 – R192 810 per annum (Level 03)
Centre: Gauteng Division of the High Court: Johannesburg
(The successful candidate will be required to sign a performance agreement.)
Requirements:
A Grade 10 or ABET Certificate (NQF Level 2) and a valid driver’s licence are required. A minimum of one (1) year of driving experience in a corporate environment will be an added advantage.

- Knowledge of motor vehicle operations, including proper usage, maintenance procedures, and relevant regulations.

Duties:
- Perform messenger and delivery functions, including sorting, recording, and controlling correspondence registers.
- Sort mail, files, and parcels, and record delivery details in the relevant register.
- Collect, distribute, and circulate correspondence, documents, and files between departments and external offices.
- Ensure all items are properly sealed, addressed, and signed for upon delivery or collection.
- Perform general office support duties, including photocopying, faxing, shredding documents, and handling routine administrative tasks.
- Collect office supplies and ensure proper control over the movement of official documents.
- Maintain accurate trip schedules and log official trips.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure the state vehicle is roadworthy and report any damages, accidents, or incidents.
- Issue trip authorities, manage service bookings, and ensure vehicle maintenance is up to date.
