Role Description

Unilever is offering an exciting opportunity for a Millwright Apprentice to join our dynamic team at the LordsView Factory. In this temporary assignment, you will develop critical technical skills through hands-on experience in both restorative and preventive maintenance. You’ll work closely with experienced facilitators and mentors, completing technical tasks and real-world projects essential to business operations.

• Engineering Diploma and/or N3 (Mechanical & Electrical)

Key Responsibilities

• Gain experience across engineering and operational environments
• Build strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Attend all classroom and practical training sessions full-time
• Complete assigned mechanical and electrical technical tasks
• Participate actively in on-site equipment maintenance
• Engage in technical problem-solving initiatives
• Complete corrective maintenance tasks and close-out activities

The ideal candidate must be:

• A committed team player
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Comfortable working at heights, and in noisy, dusty environments
• Willing and able to work shifts and extended hours if required
