Sethren Holdings is seeking six (6) experienced and motivated Millwrights to join our high-performing maintenance crew. If you’re passionate about mechanical systems, thrive in fast-paced industrial environments, and are committed to safety and precision, we want to hear from you!

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair mechanical systems and industrial machinery.
• Conduct inspections and execute preventive maintenance programs.
• Diagnose faults and repair pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, motors, and other critical equipment.
• Align and calibrate machines and mechanical components to manufacturer specifications.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals accurately.
• Ensure all tasks meet company and regulatory safety standards.
• Support plant improvement and machinery upgrade projects.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and escalate major faults promptly.

✅ Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years’ proven experience as a Millwright in mining, manufacturing, or heavy industry.
• Expertise with rotating equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, and fabrication.
• Excellent mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.
• Physically fit, with capacity to work in confined spaces or at height.
• Availability to work shifts, weekends, and standby when required.

🎓 Qualifications:

• Trade Test Certificate as a qualified Millwright (Essential).
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or similar (Advantageous).
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety, OHS standards, and industry compliance.
