Role Overview
Guud Mobiles is looking for a dependable, experienced, and tech-savvy Driver (Operator) to manage and operate our mobile clinic vehicles. The successful candidate must have a valid Code 10 or Code 14 South African Driver’s License, experience with heavy vehicles, and the ability to work comfortably with digital tools to support healthcare services in underserved areas.

Key Responsibilities

Driving & Vehicle Management

• Safely operate mobile clinic vehicles in line with South African road and traffic laws.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness.
• Keep the vehicle clean and perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Report any mechanical issues or incidents immediately.

Clinic Setup & On-Site Logistics

• Arrive at service locations punctually and assist with full clinic setup.
  • Position the vehicle correctly.
  • Set up awnings, signage, and equipment.
  • Ensure power, water, and sanitation systems are functional.
• Work with clinical staff to support seamless clinic operations.
• Manage patient flow and queues at the site.

Technology & Digital Tools

• Use Guud Mobiles software to:
  • Support scheduling and project planning.
  • Register and enroll patients on-site.
  • Monitor and manage patient queues.
• Troubleshoot basic digital or hardware issues and escalate when needed.

Compliance & Reporting

• Keep accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, and mileage.
• Ensure all clinic and transport operations comply with health and safety standards.
• Assist with daily operational and incident reporting.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Code 10 or Code 14 Driver’s License with PrDP.
• At least 3 years of experience driving heavy vehicles.
• Must reside in Johannesburg, Gauteng.
• Proficient with smartphones, tablets, and digital platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel and operate in rural or remote areas.
