Job Overview

E.G Couriers is seeking reliable and experienced Motorbike Riders to support delivery operations. Successful candidates will ensure timely, safe, and accurate delivery of parcels and documents.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver parcels and documents within assigned areas
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries according to schedules
• Maintain daily delivery records and proof of delivery
• Follow road safety regulations and company policies
• Perform basic motorbike checks and ensure proper maintenance
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers

Requirements

• Valid Motorbike Licence
• Minimum 1 year riding experience (delivery experience is an advantage)
• Good knowledge of Gaborone and surrounding routes
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly
• Physically fit and able to work under pressure
• Strong time management and reliability
• Attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility
• Good customer service skills
• Road safety awareness
