Multiskilled Operator – Earthmoving Equipment (Contract Role)

Are you a hands-on operator with a knack for handling heavy machinery? We’re looking for a Multiskilled Operator to join our production team on a contract basis. You’ll be responsible for operating a variety of earthmoving machines including FEL, TLB, Excavator, ADT, Grader, and Water Truck to support daily site operations such as loading, trenching, road maintenance, and more.

✅ Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Valid MQA-accredited competency certificates for:
  • FEL / TLB / Excavator / ADT / Grader / Water Truck
• 2–3 years earthmoving experience
• Valid Code 10 driver’s license

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery according to OEM and SOP standards
• Conduct pre- and post-shift inspections, complete checklists
• Report faults promptly and assist maintenance staff when required
• Ensure cleanliness and lubrication of equipment
• Perform basic operator maintenance
• Uphold all safety procedures and regulations
