Position: Property Management Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Support property management activities.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in property management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of property management principles and maintenance practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently.

Position: Pr. Eng. Electrical Engineer (Solar PV)
Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
Remuneration: R650,000 – R720,000 per annum
Overview:
Our client in the Renewable Energy industry is looking for a Pr. Eng. Electrical Engineer to join their team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, procurement, project management, and construction monitoring of renewable energy projects.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage a design and engineering team.
- Handle detailed design, procurement, project management, construction monitoring, and closeout of renewable projects.
- Design and approve distribution boards and panels for integrating solar PV systems with existing networks.
- Prepare and submit bids and tenders.
Requirements:
- BEng or B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- ECSA registered Pr. Eng. (required for signing off on drawings).
- Minimum of 5 years’ design experience in renewable energy projects.
