Job Overview

Simply Gardens is seeking a well-presented, articulate, and organised individual to manage the day-to-day operations of our busy office. The successful candidate will handle staff registers, client communication, and general administrative duties to ensure smooth office functioning.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain staff call register each morning.
  • Respond to email and telephone queries promptly.
  • Liaise with clients in a professional manner.
  • Prepare and send reports and quotations.
  • Perform general office administration and support tasks.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel).
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in office administration (preferred).
  • Previous property management experience advantageous.
  • Ability to work under pressure and think clearly.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Valid driver’s licence (required).

Additional Information

  • Working hours: 06:30 – 16:30
  • Work environment: Office-based
  • Applicants must be able to reliably commute to Lone Hill, Gauteng, or plan to relocate before starting.
