Job Overview
Simply Gardens is seeking a well-presented, articulate, and organised individual to manage the day-to-day operations of our busy office. The successful candidate will handle staff registers, client communication, and general administrative duties to ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain staff call register each morning.
- Respond to email and telephone queries promptly.
- Liaise with clients in a professional manner.
- Prepare and send reports and quotations.
- Perform general office administration and support tasks.
Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in office administration (preferred).
- Previous property management experience advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure and think clearly.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Valid driver’s licence (required).

- Working hours: 06:30 – 16:30
- Work environment: Office-based
