Are you an organised multitasker with a valid Qatar light vehicle license and a passion for administrative support? Join our Ground Services team as a Junior Office Assistant / Driver, where you’ll play a crucial role in keeping our department running efficiently.
In this dynamic hybrid role, you’ll support daily office operations, maintain filing systems, and provide transportation for senior management when required. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in attention to detail, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Provide general office support including filing, photocopying, and distributing mail and documents
✅ Drive senior managers to meetings and appointments as needed
✅ Monitor and restock office and pantry supplies
✅ Greet and assist clients and guests courteously
✅ Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence and faxes with accurate documentation
✅ Serve refreshments and prepare meeting rooms when required
✅ Maintain an organised filing system for letters, reports, and documents
✅ Support departmental tasks as assigned by the Head of Department
What You Bring to the Table
✔️ Valid Qatar Light Motor Vehicle License – essential
✔️ Experience handling confidential materials with discretion
✔️ Solid understanding of office systems and clerical procedures
✔️ Good verbal and written communication skills
✔️ Basic interpersonal skills and professional presentation
✔️ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
