Job Overview

Strides of Success (Pty) Ltd is looking for 6 experienced Paper Machine Operators to join their manufacturing team in Mogoditshane. The successful candidates will operate paper machines and pulp mill equipment while ensuring efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Paper Machine and Pulp Mill
• Maintain records of machines, process spares, consumption, and production
• Support the Shift In-Charge to ensure smooth plant operations
• Assist with training and development of personnel
• Troubleshoot machine issues and maintain operations
• Willing to work shift duties and overtime

Minimum Requirements

• GCE 3 Grade or equivalent qualification
• 8 years’ experience in a reputable paper mill as an Operator
• Experience with Paper Machines and Pulp Mills
• Knowledge of commissioning, operations, and troubleshooting
• Experience with mould machines and wire machines
• Ability to operate the plant independently
