Job Overview
The Parts Warehouse Assistant will support daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate stock handling, efficient order processing, and compliance with safety and SOP requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed daily warehouse KPIs.
• Process customer orders according to required specifications, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Perform warehouse tasks safely and in line with established SOPs.
• Support overall warehouse performance, including stock maintenance and minimising losses or damages.
• Ensure accurate stock counting, picking, and binning.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, implementing effective controls.
• Maintain a clean and well-organised work environment.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

• Grade 12 certificate.
• Microsoft Excel skills advantageous.
• 1–2 years’ experience in warehouse or supply chain operations.
• SAP & EWM experience beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving and investigative abilities.
• Customer-focused with good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions precisely.
• Valid driver’s licence.
