About the Role
Are you a coffee enthusiast with a flair for customer service? TsAfrika Catering Solutions is hiring a Barista to craft exceptional beverages and deliver warm, memorable customer experiences. You’ll be responsible for preparing a variety of drinks — from espresso to specialty creations — and handling customer orders and payments with professionalism and speed.

What You’ll Do:

• Create hot and cold drinks, including specialty coffees and teas
• Provide excellent customer service and promote our offerings
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
• Manage inventory and place beverage supply orders
• Handle payments and balance daily cash receipts
• Operate POS systems and beverage machines
• Occasionally support bar lounge operations and promotions

What We’re Looking For:

• National Senior Certificate (Matric)
• 3–5 years of barista or similar hospitality experience
• Excellent communication skills and customer focus
• Ability to work quickly, accurately, and as part of a team
• Basic math and literacy skills
• Stamina for a 45–50 hour workweek
