About the Role:

What You’ll Do:

Lead personalized 1-on-1 and small group training sessions.

Attract, engage, and retain your own clients.

Be a visible and approachable presence on the gym floor.

Offer complimentary introductory sessions to new members.

Manage your schedule, bookings, and client administration.

Promote a safe, motivating, and clean training environment.


What We’re Looking For:

Certified Personal Trainer (NQF Level 5 or higher).

Strong business sense and ability to manage your own schedule.

Friendly, professional, and approachable personality.

Excellent communication and motivational skills.
